Description

According to signs posted by the city, leaves were supposed to be collected the week of 11/24. I spent 3 hours raking my leaves to the curb but when I got home from work, the signs had been taken down and the leaves were not collected. Now they have blown all over the place and will have to raked again. I left a message for a supervisor in that dept but never heard back. Will the leaves be collected or not? Most of Northside looks terrible.
