Description

Fullerton Ave by John Stallings Elementary School there are Crosswalk lights for on coming traffic that are never working and would be of great help for the Crossing Guards that work at Fullerton and Monarch. Please have these caution lights flashing during school start in the AM and school ending in the PM.
