Greetings,
I would like to bring to the City's attention the ice on Flippen Road forming under the I 75 overpass.

I have noticed a constant water leak from I 75 onto Flippen Road which is now freezing into ice.
This is a creating a dangerous situation and may possibly cause an accident. Please fix this at your earliest and let me know if there are any questions, thanks,
