These 2 carts on side walk. One at the CEL Property on the corner of Grattan and Meadow. One between 156 Meadow and the convenience store next door.

Q. Please describe the issue
A. Not sure who is supposed to deal with these but they have been in and out of the street here for a couple of weeks. Before someone hits them with a car, could someone come the get them. Thanks.
