Description
Construction vehicles at this location are leaving the muddy, rocky construction site, and depositing this mud and rocks for hundreds of yards down Explorer Blvd, creating a slippery, nasty condition. The road has turned brown, and it is difficult to see the lane markers. When it rains, the mud runs everywhere.
