Residents at 9 Kiley Dr., Jill & Elaine Cohen, report hanging wires that appear dangerous. See photo -- at the lowest point the wires are within easy reaching distance of a person or a child. Ms. Cohen has called the phone company who said it's not their wire, and all other requests fall on deaf ears. Could the DPW or other Town agency please fix this?
