I was returning from lunch when a woman walking her dog walked by my parked car bumping into the mirror and hitting the side as I was sitting in the driver seat She then walked by and gave me the finger She was driving a dark Land Rover, discovery, I believe with a license 1EW511 I am interested to know how I upset this person and am frightened by the impolite actions taken by this person
