This streetlight, in front of 2705 Van Dyke, is too bright and needs a cutoff shield to focus light downward instead of outward and to keep light on the street and sidewalk but not on neighboring properties. Light pole ID number is BH99 BL. Hoping you will ask Duke to install shield. Thank you!
