Description

Citizen reports multiple potholes and ruts in the alleyway behind his home. Previous repair attempts have been unsuccessful, and he request the alleyway be grated and fresh millings laid down rather than patched. Citizen also states there is erosion/damage to concrete apron at the alleyway entrance on either side.
