The electric company replaced a leaning utility pole with a new pole, but left the old pole for other utilties to remove their wires. They also tied this leaning utility pole to a tree on my property. If the utility pole fell it could bring down my tree, AND also, since the rope crosses Sumner Street, could end up as a downed rope across the roadway leading to an accident. I have twice informed National Grid. This is the 2nd time informing you. Also in the process of their work, the retaining wall, which supports Sumner Street in this area, has collapsed.
