Let the people on Berbo and Fern street get together and make Council Woman Parks address this problem.

This problem is now two months old and no one is addressing this problem. Our ward representative refuses to even take a walk through the eye sore in the neighberhood. The code enforcer is not performing his job. His excuses that they are all rental properties is unacceptiable. These absentee landlords pay taxes so the people in charge of our town should be able to get something done.

Well here we are almost six months later and no action has been taken. I stand corrected the code enforcer has sent a warning letter out to residents to get the area cleaned up of face some stiff fines. It still goes on. No one and I mean no one is taking the letters seriously. I guess it will take the block to get burned down for some kind of action to happen. I actually watch a tennent on Bebro Street through our trash and garbage out her backl window onto the alley way below. This is a disgrace and shows no class. When will this end, when will our council [person do something. I am sure if this was her alley way on third street this problem would have already been resolved.
