Description

1 am 60 degrees out and it's raining yet the sprinklers are always on near the stage on the green. This is a huge waste of water

Contact The Regional Water Authority at www.rwater.com. They do not control the sprinklers, obviously, but they are upping their water conservation education with adults, so they may as well better-inform municiplaities as well.
