Nebraska Avenue and Belcher Road intersection traffic lights

Two issues: Approximately 6:00 am

1. East/West red light over 2 minutes in length with very light North/South traffic. Street sensors use to allow a quick light change to move E/W traffic through intersection.

2. The N/S left turn signal previously was a flashing yellow almost the entire straight-through green light. Now it remains red until very nearly the end and provides a very, very short green light.
