Description
The sidewalk is unpassable because the alley has not been plowed. The alley has deep rotten in it and we were told it was going to be plowed earlier and it has not. There have been several reports of this alley.

Q. Please describe the problem:
A. Again the alley on East 17th street between Stevens and 2nd Avenue has not been sufficiently plowed if it's even been plowed at all. This has resulted in a lake which means people can't get in-and-out safely. Also people are unable to get in-and-out of their garages without getting stuck
