every time it rains, this whole block fills up, to the point where cars have to slow down and even stop. It is in the middle of Willow Street in between Foster and Nicoll.

Please note that while it may make sense to add a related issue this thread is more long-term infrastructure and potholes are daily operations, fortunately there was another request created so the work is in the cue, please track on that issue.
