Description

I have lived here for five years and I regularly use the Coles Street underpass to walk between 10th st and 12th st. The area is poorly lit, littered, sidewalks are crumbling, and I inevitably get dripped on by underpass juices. At the very least, I would like to ask that underpass lighting be installed and turned on to make this area feel safer and more welcoming for pedestrians. Thank you.
