Description
The alleyway between Stringer St and Winchester St. is badly in need of repaving. Accessing homes from this alley is dangerous. Many new homes have been built on Stringer St, but the alley is in very poor condition.
Thank you for the help!

The note in the Service Request is as follows. There are not potholes at this location. However, there are track holes and there is still building going on in the area. Until building is complete we are unable to repave.
Hope this helps. If there is anything else, please advise

The building broke ground in the last couple of months. Prior to that the lot adjacent to the alley was vacant. The original road concern has been outstanding since 2014. Are you saying that after construction is finished, the city will repave the alley?
Thank you again for your response.

At this time, we are unable to make any repairs or repave the road while construction is in progress. One the construction is over this will be reviewed again.
If there are any questions, please let us know.

Hello Derek,
I am following up about my 1441 day old issue. Please, update the status of this issue. The alley is in terrible condition. In July, you stated that when the construction on the lot adjacent to the alley was complete this would be reviewed again. Here we are 4 months later. The "construction" hasn't progressed at all. They still haven't been issued a building permit. Meanwhile, the alley continues to get worse. Is there a different forum I should be submitting complaints to?
Thank you for your quick response.

Hello Wendy,
Since my last comment on 11/26, there has been no work on the lot adjacent to the alley.
Derek Frizzell commented in July of '18 that "until the building is complete we are unable to repave.
Nearly 7 months later the lot has not changed. There has been no work done to the lot, no equipment, no building permit. Nothing.
Please, stop using the vacant lot as an excuse not to fix our alley.
Sincerely,
322 Stringer St.

There are not potholes at this location. Track holes and still building they will not repave until work is completed, if they repave it.

Wendy,
Great news! Work on the lot seems to be completed as there hasn't been a single ounce of dirt moved for the better part of a year. That's right, over 10 months without a single worker on the lot.
We look forward to the city repaving the alley soon.
Regards,
