Description
ES Johnson is building two homes at the end of Conroy Ave. They have dug a trench that is diverting a river of water intentionally around the silt fence and it is flowing a significant amount of sediment into the yards of neighbors and into the pond at Tartan Farm. This is criminal activity and was intentional and the builder should be fined and the problem resolved. Additionally they should divert the water to the front of the property to ensure it hits the city storm drains. I am the president of Tartan Farm HOA and our entire neighborhood is upset at this environmental impact. I can be reached at 619-955-3569.
Thank you

Thank you for submitting this issue. I have spoken with the erosion control team at Mecklenburg County and they are contacting the developer today to get this addressed.
Thank you.

I have spoken with a representative for the pool contractor (201 Conroy Ave) and the home builder (115 Conroy Ave) about the complaints you have received. I have informed both of the need for erosion control measures on site, and that I plan on being on site tomorrow afternoon to verify that the measures are in place and functioning properly. I will let you all know what I find after visiting the site. There is a possibility that I will not get by there tomorrow, but currently that is what I am planning. Please let me know if you have any questions.
