This stretch of sidewalk is very treacherous as it is all ice and is on a hill, extremely easy to fall. There is no sidewalk on the other side to use instead. This is a rental property and the landlord is completely absentee/neglectful of the property.

A. Entire sidewalk is thick packed ice. I put some of my own snow melt on it a couple days ago but it did not do much. Very sick of this neglectful landlord making the only sidewalk on the block very dangerous.
