Description

Ongoing water draining problem in front of our driveway. Reported multiple times to builder and Gilbert. The builder (TriPointe) now says this problem needs to be fixed by the town of Gilbert. See photos. Hazardous. Neighbors splash through with their golf carts, bicycles, etc. Attracts rodents, and birds. Health hazard.
