This is not the case - our container was placed where our trash is picked up - behind our house in the alley (there is a small concrete pad with our house number on it). I will put tape on the container with our house number so that there is no confusion - it was the only trash can left in the alley, so I am not sure how they could have claimed they missed it.

I don’t see the photo but there is a brown gate leading to our front yard and a brown gate leading to the back alley. All of the trash cans are placed in the alley all lined up accross the alley from our house for trash pickup. Each home has a concrete pad for the trash container to sit on so they will all be on the right hand side of the one way alley. That is where our container was sitting. I left it there after the trash pickup the day before. I can put it wherever you like for the repair/exchange. We can put it beside our back gate or on our garage pad if you would rather not have it left on the designated garbage pad accross the back alley.

This is the picture they took. You can leave the container where the trash pickup is.

That is not our gate - the house in your picture is 2776. My house is 2770 (next door) and it will be directly across the alley from my gate - all the trash cans are lined up on the other side of the alley from my house.
