Description

Rocky Creek runs directly behind my home traveling beneath the road ( Rocky Creek) then flowing into a basin on the empty lot north of McDonald's. This creek is backed up before and after running under the road. The swamp behind my home is rising and if there is a hard rain it will overtake my building in my backyard. The drainage ditch adjacent to my home needs cleaned as well
