Description

When traveling northbound on Route 32, the traffic light at the corner with Route 9W stays red for too long for the people turning right onto 9W.

There have been many times when I am trying to continue northbound at this intersection at night, and the light stays red even when there are no other vehicles at the intersection.

Re-program this traffic light so that people don't have to wait for no reason.
