Hello,
Unfortunately we do not have an email address for NJ Transit Customer Service, so the only way to report problems like this is on their online form:

Hopefully we will be able to link this watch area to their email address soon, so that NJ Transit is automatically notified of the repairs they need to make by SeeClickFix.
