At least lengthen the turn signal time so that traffic coming from the Tusculum rd side of Bluehole can make the left turn on to Bell/OHB. You have 20+ cars lined up on Bluehole at any givin time, sometimes all the way back past Tusculum but only 5 car's at the most can get through when the light changes because of how short it is which creates a complete block to anyone wanting to come out of the Walgreens shopping area.
