vandalized broken trash compacter and litter spilling all over. City not maintaining these machines and emptying them properly and on a schedule. Poor investment and cost jobs too!!!!UPDATE: problem continues and expanding. Initial complaint addressed once, but machine is NOT fixed and makes one think the blinking lights are but a ruse!! Sad loss of revenue on foolish gadget/device. Probably true at other locations.
