Description

Resident at 155 Leary drive has live band practice daily for 3-4 hours a day. The noise resonates into my house and my neighbors house on Cherry St. I called Holyoke housing multiple times without getting a a call back and every time police are called, resident mysteriously stops playing before they show up.
