Description

On Winter St., near Springdale Avenue, there is a sunken manhole. I have watched this deteriorate steadily over the past several weeks. I & I work has already been performed on this sewer line and it is highly likely that this deteriorated sunken manhole is allowing infiltration into our sewer system. There is plenty of funding to repair this within the sewer enterprise account or the funds that Town Meeting authorized for borrowing.
