No, I don't believe it's because of Pontiac. I believe it's because of a lot of Waterford residents who don't want to clean up after themselves. Go through any "nice" neighborhood, you can usually pick out a few houses that are run down or have junk cars or crap outside. I'm not talking about those who can't afford or have the means to clean up. I'm talking about those who are just too lazy. Every community has them.
