Description
The Green light is misleading in the left turn from Northbound Tramway to I40 on ramp. I think having a yellow blinking arrow would be much better. I have had cars turn in front of me thinking the green light not an arrow was for them to turn.
I noticed that I25 and Tramway has a blinking yellow arrow. Good deal.

Even sillier is the three-position circular light on the very left side of the intersection. This light is always solid green and no capability of displaying arrows, and therefore serves no purpose.
I agree that a flashing yellow arrow is best, when the turn is unprotected. Both lights visible by traffic turning west could be changed to one of the newer four-position lights ( http://thecitizen.com/sites/default/files/imagecache/LightboxPopUp/images/16842-news112713flashing-yellow-lightscolor-page-3-only-3.jpg ) , except the steady red arrow is unnecessary, and the solid yellow left arrow phase would probably not be used.
