Description

This large branch has dropped from a dead tree and is too heavy to move. If you notice, Elgin has become a one lane street with all the branches and droppings from the dead trees. I have requested, and was declined, that Elgin have limbs cut back so this very thing did not happen. all it would take is a large truck to cause futher drops and damage vehicles. This is suppose to be a two lane rode but it is not passable as such.. It is a one lane road at the moment. And this happens every year and now there has been NO clean up like the city use to do. Someone or vehicle may get hurt or damaged. Please address!
