There is a camper truck that has been parked on the 600 block of south Howard (across from U-Haul) that has been there over two wks. It is covered w a large tarp and people are living in it. There are now has a large amount of bikes next to it, on the sidewalk, that they are dismantling. People on bikes keep coming and going from the camper. Can someone please look into this situation?
