Descrição
What was the City thinking? This is supposed to be a small park with green grass. The grass has been completely covered up with gravel. If this is supposed to be a dog run, there should be fencing to protect the dogs.
There is no green anything. It is so ugly.

I do not believe we can tell a property owner what they can do outside of an agreement made with the City in exchange for variances on a construction project or if it is a non-permeable surface.
Let me see if i can find out more about this.

There is no agreement through the Department of Infrastructure, but City Planning will be able to help here. The best way to contact them is through email: cityplanning@jcnj.org
i will keep this issue open in case you do not get an answer.
