I received a door tag today indicating that my street will be "fogged" with sealant this Wednesday, so that part of my question has been answered. However, I would still like to know when the traffic light will be activated. Thank you again.

The weather did not cooperate and my street has NOT been completed (only one side was able to be done) so now I am back to my original question--when will it be finished. I am trying to schedule a delivery, but due to the uncertainty created by this situation, I am unable to do so. PLEASE update me ASAP. Thank you
