Description

When driving Darby Paoli Road around 6 AM the Traffic Light at Darby Paoli Road & White Horse Road keeps changing even when no traffic is present on White Horse Road. I think that this light is not setup correctly or broken. The light should only change when a car trips the sensor coming from White Horse Road entering onto Darby Paoli Road. Please fix this. Thank you in advance.
