This off-ramp is an accident waiting to happen - the trees and bushs are overgrouwn into the roadway (making visibility a hazard) the road surface is full of pot holes and ruts (road is a harard in wet weather) no lights on off ramp this off ramp should be closed until the state fixes all problems !!
