Description

Not sure what category this should be placed under. This resident seems to be a dog rescue resident. Not sure how many dogs they have in the back yard. Their noise is horrible with continual barking and very loud and harsh barks. They do not tend to their barking, nor any barking device to keep them quiet, etc.
