A land owner has had a ridicules idea to try and put up a 74 unit senior complex first off there is no space for it and every time you drive down 9th street already only 1 car can fit at a time now, everyone is already always having to pull over to one side or the other to let the car pass and the proposed area doesn't have enough parking for all residents imagine another 100 cars a day along with ambulances and fire trucks and garbage trucks maintenance trucks staff? lol this road can't support 2 more houses let alone 74 units and what an eyesore to the peoples back yard on house ave and 9th instead of relaxing in their back yard and front porches watching the sunset and enjoys there yard all they would have is a huge eyesore looking at them with 150 windows of people staring at them and extra noise and light wow will this kill the neighborhood and kill property values in this nice area this is a residential area not a community commercial area or even a high rise area the zoning is all wrong belongs in the country like all the others being built or down in the river area like where its zoned for not in a nice small community area with no space or streets for it. Half the time you can't even tell if a car is coming on 9th when you are coming down house this is just a ridicules idea and should never even been considered road, zone, land area and neighborhood can't have this!!! there is a meeting to voice your opposition at this bad proposal it is at the Troy City Hall at 1776 Sixth Ave second floor conference room "A" at 6:00PM Tuesday December, 6 , 2011
