five wild dogs run the streets east of the corner of s. Fremont and e 27th streets. multiple complaints have fallen on deaf ears at this corner, which sports stolen stop signs. We need the pound down here yesterday, and make sure to tell the driver to look both ways at the defunct corner begging for an accident.
