Give it a rest they are providing a valuable public service and harming no one. While you complain weekly.

You are right..we should not complain weekly we should complain every day because unlike the rest we care about our neighbourhood and obey the laws, not only they close late but they don't follow the rules around the neighbourhood.. always double-parking and making the busy traffic more busier and difficult for everybody else in the neighbourhood. We care about our neighbourhood so as long as they are open we will complain because they disobey the law and their business is clearly not needed as other businesses provide such great service with no problems. This "opening late without a permit" issue is a very big issue and our city officials I'm sure will take good permanent care of it. Our complaints will make a better future for our neighbourhood.

this is a serious issue, they never obey the rules of the Albany city. blocking or removing this issue is a really bad reputation for the city of Albany.
