Description

Barrier on south end of Pedestrian bridge was hit and destroyed by a car on Wednesday March 15th. This is the 2nd incident within 3 years. Since the first incident motorcycles have been using the pedestrian bridge. The bridge is now unprotected and is at inherent risk of a vehicle driving on and off the bridge. The fence has also been damaged. Since the fence has been damaged pedestrians are now walking in and out of the barrow area of the freeway.
