Description

The construction at the end of Ridgeland drive now has all of this clay/dirt draining into my entire yard and a few a of my neighbors yards, but mine is definitely the worst. I was told when construction is being done there are things that are supposed to prevent this from happening.

Brown water is common from outflows of storm water from development sites. Storm Water BMP's were installed for reducing sediment transfers. An inspection of the BMPs has been scheduled for today to verify the BMP's are being maintained.

Violation was issued on June 30th. Monitoring since, Second Notice was sent today. Developer followed up and asked to provide them through Monday to resolve.
