this corner lot has been reported almost every month this past year and have not seen any enforcement action. last remedy was almost 2 years ago.

Therefore, the property owner/tenant must be provided notice and time to cure violations. In that effort, we opened a case, CC23-0416, and a courtesy notice with the information you provided has been mailed to the owner/tenant. An inspection will follow within 3-5 business days. If we find your complaint is a private property code violation, we will issue an official notice of violation, and enforce until the violation is abated.
By law, we are unable to share enforcement details regarding open investigations on public domains such as SeeClickFix. Therefore, your SeeClickFix request will be closed. However, rest assured, we will continue working with the responsible party until compliance is achieved.
