Description
The heat in the apartment only gets on for like half an hour a day, around 1PM and nothing during the night when it's the coldest.
I have been living here for 4 months and this is also the second time the hot water doesn't work. And no ability to contact the landlord either.

HPD records show only two complaints last year for lack of heat. Please call 311 every day that you do not have heat for the public record.
