Description

Opening a new ticket since you just closed the one I opened yesterday and did nothing to resolve the situation.

The nearby development is just an excuse as the intersection at Lincoln and Highgrove has been a mess for at least 4 years, way before the development work even started there.

This needs to be fixed NOW, not in the fall. The road conditions are not safe, can cause damage to vehicles and potentially cause accidents. It is the city's responsibility to address this. I have enough patience to continue submitting tickets, but not enough to wait for the street to be fixed in several months.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The City is aware of the pavement condition at the intersection of Lincoln and Highgrove. Public improvements related to the adjacent development are still in progress. Pavement repairs will be performed in coordination with the development work. We anticipate their work to be completed this summer and pavement repairs to begin this fall. We will continue to assess the pavement at this location and determine the need for an accelerated schedule. Thank you for being so patient.

This area is like driving in a 3rd world country. I watched a pair of motorcyclists nearly go down turning over this today.

Summer's over, it's fall. The intersection of Lincoln and Highgrove is still a mess.

Time for some action and no more excuses.

I saw crews preparing for street repairs several weeks ago and thought this was finally going to be addressed. However, the crews are finished (short of re-striping the streets, which itself is taking far too long), and the worst part of the roadway was completely ignored. Just how long is the city going to continue kicking this can down the road? our tax dollars certainly aren't at work here...

After several requests And a *Phone Call* to the city it FINALLY got taken care of as well as the intersection of Highgrove and Montoya.

This intersection is only partially fixed. It still needs major rehabilitation on the northbound lanes of Lincoln. Traveling west from highgrove to southbound Lincoln is still a complete mess.

I'm thrilled to report that after 4 years of asking for this to be repaired, it has FINALLY been completely repaired. Thank you Corona, but WHY did it take 4 years to complete this?

Lincoln is fixed. Highgrove is still a mess. How was the portion of the crosswalk and the eastbound lanes of highgrove not fixed after 4 years?
