Description

Resident is requesting DO NOT BLOCK be painted on 64th Avenue to the entrance/exit of Papa Johns and Starbucks. When Kent Elementary parents drop off students, it creates a line of traffic which blocks entrance/exit to the strip mall. Vehicles do not usually yield to people going in and out of this parking lot.
