I think you can use the "Add an image" or "Add a video" feature across from the Comment box to upload a photo or video from a computer if you're not using a cellphone app for a camera phone. This is not the huge pothole, but a pic of my adorable little baby cousin. His dad has a big pot belly, so it's sort of related... Just an example of how to upload a computer picture.
