I had a State Trooper tell me that TDOT is the one who makes the decision on that road and unfortunately so many people have to die before they will put up a light there. They also need a light coming out of Cherokee Dock Road onto 109. I watch school buses trying so hard to get out of these roads. It's a death trap! What's funny is at Home Depot on Hartmann Drive they put up a light.to get out of Home Depot. If you drive that way often you will see that light is completely useless. It's rarely used and it's not like you have the a rush of cars trying to get out. They already have a safe way out on the other side. Maybe this sight will get something done.
