Someone (the city?) "fixed" 4th between Spring Garden and Callowhill by filling cracks and potholes with gravel. The gravel is covering most of the surface of 4th street with a layer of gravel. It is extremely treacherous for cyclists. Please, please, please have this cleaned up and let the people responsible that this is not a safe solution. The potholes and cracks were safer...
