With about 600 college students+1000 or more franklin high schoolers who use this as an entrance an exit, traffic back up quick and turning out can take up to 15 mins! If there was a traffic light here it would improve traffic flow!

On school days they have to have 2 crossing guards to direct traffic at each intersection, you can wait up to 20 mins. to go 200 feet!
